Pre Departure Briefing
Each year, staff from our International Office organizes pre-departure briefings in a number of countries. Details will be sent to you if a briefing is taking place in your home country.
These sessions provide you with information to help prepare for arrival in Manchester. You can ask any questions you may have about moving to the UK and meet other students from your country who will be studying at Manchester.
We will send you our Arrival Guide before you travel to the UK. The guide provides information about coming to Manchester, including details of visas, immigration, accommodation and more.
Pre-Departure Briefings are designed to support you in your transition to life in Melbourne. You'll learn about everything from visa requirements to the weather, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
